**Deputy Home Manager - Nurse Qualified
Elderly Nursing Home

**Eclypse Recruitment is currently recruiting for a nurse qualified deputy home manager for a nursing home in Diss in Norfolk. You will be joining a reputable service and small provider.

Contracted to 36 hours your time will be split supernumery/ clinical duties including:

Assisting with the daily management of the home
Run the home in the absence of the home manager
Working under the guidance of the manager to improve standards within the service
Support the manager to produce and maintain systems within the home by carrying out audits, quality assurance and following policies and procedures

The Role

You MUST be a registered nurse with active NMC registration
RGN or RMN or RNLD
You must have care home experience or at least excellent knowledge of elderly nursing care
Strong leadership skills are required
L4/ 5 qualification desirable
