We are currently seeking a
Corporate Board Assistant for a fixed term contract to provide secretarial and organisational management to the Boards of Group and managed companies, to facilitate the efficient running of Board and Committee meetings and other activities utilising appropriate technology to maximise productivity and business performance.


Knowledge, skills and experience:


  • Educated to at least A level or equivalent.
  • Experience in a senior PA or senior secretarial role.
  • Experience of organising board and committee meetings including coordinating and circulating documents via a board portal.
  • Experience of working in a PLC environment.
  • Experienced in dealing with senior executives, Non-Executive Directors and Board Committees.
  • Proven track record of strong relationship management with senior executives, Non-Executive Directors, senior external stakeholders and key business partners.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Proven organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong influencing skills, with ability to support and challenge business partners to ensure delivery of high quality papers and follow up on actions.
  • The ability to multitask, manage work under pressure, complete work accurately and deliver to agreed deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of business operations.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively on own initiative.
