Technical Sales Executive (GEOSCIENCE/GEOPHYSICS) - Oxfordshire, UK
Basic salary £35-50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
A new vacancy for a Technical Sales Executive (GEOSCIENCE/GEOPHYSICS) with leading manufacturer of precision measurement instrumentation used for both scientific and industrial applications.
Based at the company's headquarters in Oxfordshire, the Technical Sales Executive (GEOSCIENCE/GEOPHYSICS) will be part of a small team providing technical support and training to customers in the UK and overseas.
Although primarily office-based, the Technical Sales Executive (GEOSCIENCE/GEOPHYSICS) will be expected to attend trade shows and exhibitions from time to time, and will also go on occasional UK/overseas customer visits.
Candidates should be qualified to at least degree level in a GEOSCIENCE or PHYSICS discipline, with a combination of both technical and commercial ability.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an interest in understanding the operation of scientific equipment, and will have the ability to explain difficult concepts to customers.
Full product training will be provided.
