An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Women's Health Division within Gynaecology for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and vibrant individual to join our administration team.
We are looking for a full time Administration Assistant who will support the team in the day-to-day delivery of services to ensure there is high quality patient care across the relevant subspecialties.
The role is predominantly based in the Elizabeth Garret Anderson Wing at University College London Hospitals.You must match the essential criteria on the job specification to be considered for this role.
The Administration Assistant will report to the RMU Team Leader and has the key responsibilities:
- Registering patients on an integrated software between two units
- Sending and uploading patients' results / documents
- Liaising with clinical colleagues
- Supporting with the patients' pathway including waiting lists and booking appointments
- Actioning feedback surveys
- Assisting with requests from external partners
- Working as part of an admin team to support colleagues as needed
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and be patient focused. We will be seeking applicants that align to the UCLH Values.
