Are you a project coordinator or organised administrator who is looking for a new challenge?

Our client is looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator to co-ordinate the administration of installations for various clients.

You will report into the Project Manager and be responsible for the following:


  • Assisting in various projects with a number of clients
  • Liaison with clients and external suppliers
  • Be a point of contact for clients and external suppliers Assist project managers with collating supply schedules from external parties.
  • Ensure all works targets are completed on time, correctly and proactively.
  • Coordinate scheduling of operatives.
  • Ensure that all projects and clients are adequately dealt with whilst budgetary targets are met.
  • Support in the production of postproject management and client reporting.
  • Escalate issues and project deviations to Project Manager.
  • Work with colleagues across all areas of the company.
  • Organise project documentation and store correctly.
  • Ensure that all operational health and safety is followed and in line with company policy and the law.

Skill set required for the Project Co-ordinator role:

  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Flexibility to react and adapt to rapidly changing scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse, present information and make decisions.
  • Good problem solving ability.
  • Team player
  • Driven approach and able to meet deadlines
  • Resilient and positive in challenging situations
  • Happy to work in a professional but social environment
Relevant experience

  • Previous administration experience working in, construction, scheduling, or customer service
  • Experience in project administration would be a bonus
Salary £25,000 - £27,500 dependent on experience
