Established in 2022, Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT) is a fast-growing business within the Aston Martin Racing Performance Group. Our vision is to deploy our Formula One knowledge and technical expertise to deliver high-performance engineering projects outside of Formula One.

AMPT has already established its position as a technological trend-setter - from producing highly successful automotive composite Body in White programmes, to heading global motorsport programmes. As our programme portfolio develops, we are looking for a range of driven, world-class engineers to join us on this exciting journey.

AMPT is based in Silverstone, amidst the widely renowned Aston Martin Racing Technology Campus. With the iconic circuit on one side and rural countryside on the other, the new Campus symbolises our core values: innate competitive desire and a drive for sustainable efficiency, in an environment conceived to nurture innovative and creative thinking.

We are currently looking for an experienced Structural Engineer for a rare opportunity to support an exciting project starting in July/August 2024. This role is on a 6-9 month contract basis, at which point there may be an opportunity to join the team for a longer term.
