    How you'll make an impact:

    This position is a Claims Change role, responsible for leading projects and analysis across Claims. Reporting into the Head of Claims Operations, you will collaborate with Claims business units and develop solutions to solve business problems.

    You will pro-actively drive business change on processes, systems and controls assuming either a Change or SME role, dependant on the needs of the project. You will be involved in a variety of exciting Claims initiatives including Blueprint 2 and Lloyd's Faster Claims Payments.

    • Claims Ops BAU: Claims Projects and Process - 20:80
    • Lead projects and process improvement initiatives that will drive cost and time efficiencies, utilizing new technology, where appropriate.
    • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement within Claims.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • This role would suit someone with a Change skill set looking to develop and do something different.
    • Significant experience as a BA or 5+ years' experience working in an analysis capacity on Change projects (i.e. Operations Analyst, Claims Operations Analyst, Process Analyst etc).
    • Strong experience in process mapping.
    • Flexibility to assume either a Change or SME role on each Claims initiative, dependant on the needs of the project.
    • Technically minded - Confident with (back end) systems / applications
