    As the Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing several L'Oreal brands, ensuring the successful execution of media campaigns, through strong communication skills, strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of the L'Oreal business and the media landscape.

    The Account Executive will be responsible for managing strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives and translating them into clear, actionable briefs for the internal EMX team to develop strong media plans with support from their manager.

    The role will also be the gatekeeper of brands media budgets, responsible for the ongoing management of media plans and financial processes.

    You will gain experience working across a range of performance media channels, including Google Search, Social platforms and Amazon.

    Support in managing the campaign process from client brief, response to brief and implementation alongside the Manager and/or Director, as well as communications with internal & external stakeholders.


    • Provide timely, proactive written project documentation to internal teams and clients in the form of status reports, meeting notes and other required follow-ups.
    ● Support team huddles and weekly client status meeting
    ● Ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines while delivering a high quality standard
    ● Ensure L'Oreal's finance system and master media planning sheets are always up-to-date and ensure accuracy

    • Compile and validate creative specs.
    Collaborate with creative agency partners and media partners to ensure deadlines are met
    ● Support your team in conducting research and compile data to guide and support planning and optimisation recommendations
    ● Support team huddles and weekly client status meetings
    ● Bachelors degree desirable although experience may be substituted for education
    ● Strong organisational skills, and will have a strong eye for detail to meet the needs of a data driven client
    ● Proactive, creative, strategic thinker with impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    ● Has experience in Microsoft and/or Google Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
