  • Responsibilities
  • As a Team Leader you will be expected to:
  • To lead and motivate your team.
  • To prepare and operate a rota system that will ensure suitable levels of safety, security and care and oversight for the children cared for in your establishment.
  • To contribute to the Care Planning process of children cared for by the Family Care Group by: Attending and preparing for children's conferences, reviews, planning, core group and other meetings in connection with children placed with the Company
  • Ensuring that children's records are maintained accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Attend to the personal care needs of young people


  • You

  • A current valid full driving licence is desirable.
  • Previous Residential Childcare experience is essential (Not nursery/early years)
  • Possessing a Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce is essential
  • Be able to work on a shift/rota basis
  • An enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment paid for by us
  • Salary includes sleep ins
