    Location:
    Hinckley


    Hours:
    Mon - 9am - 6pm, Tues - Friday 10am - 6pm


    Salary:
    £24,024

    We are searching for an Aftersales Advisor with knowledge of the automotive industry.


    This is a key role in our clients business and we are looking for an individual who possesses the ability to create customer confidence in the aftersales operation.

    What skills do you need:


    Excellent communication skills, and experience of building strong relationships with a wide range of people (preferably in the motor trade).

    The ability to problem solve and identify and tackle critical issues and assist in finding a resolution.
    Good administration skills.
    Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.
    A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable

    Duties include:
    Co-ordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner.
    Responding to customer enquiries.
    Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls.
    Dealing with any customer complaints.
    Interpreting customer concerns and comments.
    Liaising with customers and keeping them updated.
    Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles.
    Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed.
    Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable.
    People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.
    Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
