- Leading the technology team
- Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and risk managers to identify opportunities for alpha generation and risk mitigation.
- Developing the data and IT infrastructure.
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership in a quantitative trading or financial technology environment, with at least 10 years of experience in a senior technology role.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, quantitative trading strategies, and algorithmic trading systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or similar, as well as experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing low-latency trading systems, high-frequency trading strategies, and market microstructure.
- Experience with cloud platforms for example AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
