    Job Summary

    Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

    Location: 47A Lindsay Road, Poole, Dorset, BH13 6AP

    Salary: Up to £51,324 per annum, Depending on experience

    Contract: 42 Hours per week

    Shift Pattern: Generally Monday to Friday, but some flexibility will be required for night visits or weekend work to support the team

    Main Duties of the Job

    You'll help make health happen by:

    • You'll oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home
    • With your team, you'll create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate medication records
    • Ensuring correct staffing levels through efficient rota management
    • Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity
    • Building lasting relationships with residents and their loved ones, fostering a sense of community
    • Developing strong relationships with local partners, playing a vital role in raising the care home's profile

    Key Skills/Qualifications Needed for This Role:

    • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to professional development
    • Understanding the benefits of quality nursing care and championing residents' independence, choice, and dignity
    • Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning
    • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
    • Natural leadership qualities with clinical experience
    • Strong time management and prioritization abilities
    • Respectful and compassionate team player
