- Lead all marketing projects together with the marketing team ensuring project critical paths are created and adhered to for timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams including e-commerce, buying & merchandising, retail operations and trade, as well as external media and PR agencies, to ensure new product launches and seasonal campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.
- Support with coordination, logistics and execution of all marketing photo shoots, virtual and showroom events.
- Manage the relationship with other Frasers Groups fascia's especially House of Fraser, to keep them abreast with all promotional and other marketing activities.
- Support the Head of Marketing with marketing proposals, activation plans, business review and senior stakeholder presentations.
- Maintain brand guardianship, owning the brands marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are planned and executed on time.

- Has relevant qualification in Marketing or related disciplines.
- Proven marketing experience in planning and deploying multi-platform campaigns.
- Is a positive team player who demonstrates a 'can do' attitude, initiative, and personal leadership.
- Shows excellent organisation skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking and effective prioritisation.
- Is proactive and efficient, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates outstanding communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Has a good understanding of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as project management programmes such as Asana.
- Demonstrates the ability to adhere to tight deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency.
