Data Entry Administrator


Eden Brown Synergy is working with a Financial Organisation based in Norwich who are seeking to recruit a Data Entry Administrator to join their Project Management team for 2 months.


Overview of the role
This role will support the transition of disparate data sets into a new, singular, Project Management tool.

This involves the collation of the data from across the change community, aligning the data in a consistent format and inputting data into the new tool ahead of go live in January 2023.

The ultimate goal being the absolute migration of data, enabling the switch off of another IT tool. You will be given full training.


As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for;

  • Collating and converting disparate data (likely in excel format) into a consistent format to match the tool's new data model. This could include Risk & Issues, Resourcing Information etc.
  • Collation of data from the current tool (Galaxy) and translate to the new data model. This could include Project Records, Resourcing Information etc.
  • Manually uploading key data items to the new tool.

Experience & Skills required

  • Data collation/ entry experience (desired)
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel. Please note that full training will be given (approximately a few days).
  • You should have an eye for detail and an understanding of the data points in the systems.
  • You must work well as an individual and in teams, have good communication and organisational skills.
