Overview
Link Treasury Services currently have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Finance Administrator to join the team.

You will work as part of the small Lease Advisory team providing an efficient and professional support service to the business.

The Administrator will assist and support the Client Relationship Managers and Director in delivering the new leasing, portfolio management and consultancy services to the client base.

You will provide support to team based on a hybrid basis from home and our office in Basingstoke.


What you'll be doing:


  • Providing strong administrative support to the Lease Advisory team
  • Taking and writing up minutes from Team Meetings
  • Working with the Treasury Team to prepare and distribute the daily rates
  • Drafting tenders, reports and asset schedules
  • Completing IFRS data summaries and drawdown packs, in addition to updating portfolio management spreadsheets
  • Recording client activity and enquiries on databases such as Salesforce and DocuSign
  • Providing Lessor feedback to tenders that have been issued
  • Providing administrative and marketing support to the Asset Finance Team as required
  • Providing holiday and absence cover for the raising of invoices and checking of the bank account

What we're looking for:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of colleagues, stakeholders and clients
  • Selfmotivation with a positive, 'can do' attitude and the selfconfidence to succeed in your role
  • A confident, yet pleasant telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy, especially Excel, with the confidence to learn and understand our inhouse databases/systems with SalesForce knowledge advantageous
  • Demonstrable administration skills with both business and commercial awareness
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with effective and logical thinking, which will enable you to multitask and prioritise important tasks
  • Flexibility regarding working hours to enable changing deadlines to be met, in addition to solving any problems or issues that may occur
  • A diligent commitment to accuracy with excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce work to a very high standard
  • A background in Financial Services would be advantageous, but not essential
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, as well as being able to take direction and undertake tasks as required by the business to support the team
