Our client an established estate agency is seeking a Service Charge Accountant to join their team.

Salary:
up to £40,000 pa depending on experience
Gravesend (some remote working after 6-12 months)

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm
Previous experience in the preparation of statutory and service charge accounts is essential. Service Charge Accountant general duties

To prepare statutory and service charge accounts for residential & commercial properties
To upload service charge budgets based on agreed apportionments and totals
To liaise with external auditors as part of the audit process from start to finish
To raise service charge invoices to tenants based on uploaded budgets
Dealing with telephone calls and any queries;
Service Charge Accountant skills required

Experience of client accounting software (TRAMPS) is desirable
Experience of client accounting software (APB) would be an advantage
Dependable and flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
