Office Executive - Private Medical Clinic - Harley Street, London W- up to £35k + bonus & benefits


We're on the hunt for a proactive, professional and empathetic
Office Executive, with warm sales capabilities, to join a highly successful Harley Street practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a renowned clinic in Central London.


With incredible communication skills, an empathetic nature, excellent organisational capabilities and the desire to provide an exceptional service to clients, you will assist the practice with all office administration and sales support.

Standard hours are - 9am - 5.30pm 4 days/week, 11am - 7.30pm 1 day/week, plus 1 Saturday a month.

Key responsibilities as the Office Executive will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all clients and prospective clients
  • Being an ambassador for the clinic
  • Providing 5* levels of client support at all times
  • Recognising opportunities to convert enquiries into sales following up warm leads and building solid relationships with potential clients
  • Managing diaries for the clinic and booking appointments
  • General office administration

What we're looking for:


  • Previous experience in a similar client facing administrative role/environment is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Confident warm sales capabilities and ability to recognise opportunities
  • Warm and empathetic nature
  • Highly organised, meticulous and accurate
  • Serviceled vision always striving to provide a 5* service to clients
  • IT literate strong PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook a necessity), databases and CRMs
  • Ability to work the hours as stated above
