    Boutique Business Centre Manager - Luxury Offices / Corporate Hospitality - Central London - up to £42k + Generous Bonus Scheme & Benefits


    We are on the hunt for a highly organised, innovative and client focused individual with exceptional standards of customer service and positive leadership skills, to join our client, a world class corporate hospitality provider based in Central London, as a Business Centre Manager.


    The proactive and professional Business Centre Manager will ensure that the company's award-winning service is delivered to their clients, through excellent management of the building and ensuring your team goes above and beyond at all times.

    Key responsibilities as the Business Centre Manager will include:


    • Ensuring exceptional standards of service are delivered at all times and that the high standards of the centre are continually maintained
    • Undertaking regular building checks to ensure the centre is as it should be at all times
    • Maintaining the safety of the building, ensuring the FM is covered and continually updated and that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and records maintained
    • Billing and invoice management for all clients
    • Undertaking sales viewings together with the sales team
    • Previous experience in similar service-led operations / business centre management / Front of House Manager / Building Supervisor role in a client facing environment
    • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business acting as an intermediary between departments when needed
    • High standards of customer service
    • Proficient in H&S and Facilities Management
    • Ability to deal with any building issues or emergencies, if they arise
