Description
Senior Legal Counsel required by a global organisation based in the East Midlands.

Working closely with the General Counsel you will be supporting on a range of matters including contract drafting and technology matters.

This is a varied role sitting within a technology team where day to day responsibilities could include:

  • Contract reviewing, drafting and negotiating on a wide variety of matters
  • Supporting on IP matters both contentious and noncontentious
  • Working closely with a number of subdivisions and supporting the business on technology projects
  • Designing and arranging legal training for the business
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
The business operate a hybrid working policy and currently work 3 days per week on site. They are looking for a UK Qualified Solicitor who has a wealth of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.


PLEASE NOTE:
technology / IP experience isnot required as full training will be offered.
