An opportunity has arisen to join our commercial kitchen business based in Portishead as an Customer Service Administrator. You will play a critical role in helping the business managing after-sales service and warranty call outs.The role would suit an organised individual who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities_
- Logging warranty call outs with manufacturers and chasing to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
- Liaising with manufacturers to get updates on 'in progress' warranty call outs
- Escalating issues internally where appropriate
- Updating customers on the progress of their maintenance issue via dedicated software
- Updating databases with appropriate notes
- Obtaining costs from suppliers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Being attentive to customer requests
- Represent the company in the best way possible

Job Types:

£19,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
