We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapy Specialist to deliver clinical education and training with a focus on the Intensive Care Unit/High Dependency Unit care setting.

The position requires a high level of clinical knowledge/practices and competence in the delivery and assessment of training and education to support the commercial teams in meeting business strategy and financial goals.

North including Scotland (down as far as Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Lincoln) Full-time, minimum 4 days in the field.

Act as the primary clinical educational and spokesperson on Baxter products and therapies.

Assist marketing in the development, design, coordination and implementation of training programs and product / therapy usage guides for internal and external customers.

• Work in collaboration with the sales team supporting product evaluations and product installations/implementations.
• Co-ordinate product evaluations, complete data analysis and subsequent reports to gain customer commitment to enhance and grow sales.
• Maintain a knowledge of competitor products, evidence and provide comparative clinical performance data to the marketing and sales team.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is desirable but not essential will accept HCP/ OT / Physio.
• Knowledge required Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
