ABOUT LOVESPACE
We provide flexible self-storage and removal services in the UK & Northern Ireland.

We pack or collect items from our customers' doorsteps, store them in one of our secure storage facilities and deliver them back to any UK address whenever needed - as soon as the next day.


The Opportunity

We have 4 positions available with different start & end dates to suit your school schedule and summer holidays

As a
Customer Service Representative - Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.


The Role

Variable working days on rotation

  • Monday to Friday
  • Tuesday to Saturday
  • Sunday to Thursday

Variable hours days on rotation

  • 8:00 17:00
  • 9:00 18:00

Hybrid working pattern:


  • 3 days in the Office work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for handson experience. We get breakfast on Tuesdays, Cakes on Wednesdays and Socials on Thursdays.
  • 2 days remote Monday and Friday for focused practice at home.

Salary:
National Minimum Wage

- £17,888.00 to £23,795.20 pa - pro-rata.

  • Borough station 5minutes' walk
  • London Bridge station 10minutes' walk

Dates:


  • 1. = 13 August 08 October
  • 2. = 20 August 24 September
  • 3 = 20 August 24 September
  • 4 = 20 August 1 October

Responsibilities will include:


  • Ensuring accurate tracking of all packages and couriers for precise data.
  • Enhancing conversion rates by addressing inquiries and highlighting service benefits to potential customers.
  • Contributing to a seamless digital and doorstep service.
  • Acting on customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of boxes.
  • Building LOVESPACE's reputation through positive reviews and referrals.
  • Maintaining uptodate and accurate customer accounts.
