- Working with Project Managers to ensure that there are robust and sufficiently detailed project plans in place in MSPO.
- Understanding the dependencies between other parts of the programme.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
- Work closely with the D365 Dependencies Programme Manager to ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements.
- Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into project progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular project status updates and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate document reviews, approvals, and storage in accordance with project protocols.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and management of project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support resource planning activities, including allocation, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor project resource availability and escalate concerns to the D365 Programme Manager as needed.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 or similar enterprise-level software implementations.
- Experience using MS Project Online, Ms Project or similar PM tool is desirable
- Strong knowledge of programme and project management methods, including planning
- Clear communicator, able to work with global stakeholders at a variety of seniority levels.
