- Contact with customers via phone calls and emails; answering emails, queries, updating records, upselling products
- Maintain, update and grow customer database; generating and converting warm leads
- Receiving and processing orders from B2B customers
- Issuing order invoices and despatching products
- Liaising with warehouse and follow-up delivery of orders
- Attending events and trade shows as and when needed
- Compiling daily and monthly records and reports
- Supporting team members with other admin tasks if required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Exceptional customer service skills and confidence on the phone are essential
- Previous experience in sales admin, consumer product sales or similar is preferred
- Pet ownership is preferred
- Experience with the pet trade is preferred
- Experience with data, spreadsheets and reports is preferred
- Must be self sufficient and be able to work on your own as well as being part of a team
- Need to be flexible and able to attend events and trade shows throughout the year if required
- Knowledge of Google, Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
- Knowledge of Accounting software data entry is preferred
