    The Data Ops and Reporting team is a globally integrated team that works very closely with the US-based Marketing Intelligence team and the Annalect India team to deliver scalable solutions at a global level

    ROLE SUMMARY:


    We are looking for a Data Operations and Reporting Manager, who will be a hands-on expert in the Performance Reporting and Data Operations space.

    Use knowledge of BI solutions, tools and Omni data platforms to scope, deliver and optimize client solutions to the highest standards.

    You are the right candidate if you're passionate about telling stories through creative representation of data.
    You have very good grasp of collecting, processing and analysing large scale media data. You can identify patterns and anomalies in datasets easily. You understand data infrastructure and data operations and know the challenges of building enterprise scale performance reporting.

    You want to work in regional and global roles with opportunity to drive best practices and innovation across agencies and teams around clever use of data in marketing.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Client Deliverables- Ensure all client commitments in Data Operations area for the accounts assigned to you are successfully met- Be responsible for hands-on design and delivery of solutions (please see list of solution tabulated above) for each client account- Where required, create excel templates, train local teams, and provide support in order to standardize the delivery of offline/online media and performance data- Build Datorama (or a comparable tool) based pipelines to automate processing of media reporting data- Scope, Design and build dashboards as per the requirements agreed with clients- Perform data consolidation and data QA to ensure all media and performance reports to the clients are error-freeClient Growth - Where relevant, identify growth opportunities in the account you're assigned to- Assist directors and solution consultants to convert growth opportunities to commercially rewarding projectsTeam building & development, HR - Participate in Data Operations and wider Annalect EMEA team activities and initiatives to foster a superior environment of cohesion, collaboration and innovation.- Participate in regular performance feedback and PDP sessions to ensure your role and performance goals are tracked regularly, as well as a well-defined development track is established for youNetwork Development- Participate and contribute in network events e.g.

    Datorama CommunityTraining- Develop and deliver relevant trainings as a part of client deliverablesSME- Be an expert in data operations and reporting tools, i.e.o Datoramao Alteryxo Excel- Ensure that you take on appropriate trainings and certification exams in these areasAdditionally, individual objectives are agreed and reviewed on a quarterly basis (as a minimum frequency).NICE TO HAVES1.

    Minimum 3 years of experience in data operations, media operations, reporting, dashboarding, or a related business intelligence practice2. Deep expertise in the use of BI tools e.g., Datorama, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.3. Experience of working in marketing communication companies is highly desirable4. Experience in campaign performance reporting or programmatic performance reporting is highly desirable5. Strong functional understanding of data and data infrastructure6. Strong coordination and operational skills7. Ability to define and operationalise processes and best practices8.
