Contract Scotland are delighted to be working with a leading civil engineering and building contractor to source an experienced Building Services Manager to join their well-established building division in the West of Scotland.

Specialising in industrialand commercial building projects, our client can offer a secure pipeline of work and the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects from inception to completion.

As Building Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and appointing M&E subcontractors, assisting with the management of the commissioning process, and providing technical support to project and design teams on MEP matters to ensurethe success of all MEP requirements of the project.

You will be an integral member of the senior management team and will be comfortable and motivated in working collaboratively toward the success of a shared goal.

To be considered for this role, you will have a background in Engineering, strong communication skills and demonstrable MEP experience within the construction industry.

In return, you will receive a salary in the range of £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience, a generous benefits package, and the opportunity for career development.
