About Our Client:
Large leading UK business with strong leadership and customer base. Located in Chester, it is easily accessible by car and public transport.
Your primary role in this position would be to support customers being the first point of contact for collections with a variety of queries.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to multitask, EG: Type and talk
- IT skills; the ability to utilise the inhouse computer systems
- Adaptable to change and the ability to use your initiative to resolve issues
- Be able to sympathise be compassionate
- Being the first point of contact
The Successful Applicant:
- Be able to commute to Chester
- Commit to 1 in 4 Saturdays (TBD)
- Able to commit to working to a shift rota (rotational 8hour shifts between 8.00am and 7.00pm)
- Phone based experience
- Experience working in an office
