Due to continued growth, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for the right person to further develop their skills in this area at a firm continuing to grow within a strong Real Estate team, combining technical skills with a commercial approach.

Acting for a broad ranging of clients from developers, international corporations and other groups on all aspects of commercial real estate matters, focusing on landlord and tenant, development and asset management work.

The ideal candidate will be located within North Cambridgeshire, ideally around Peterborough and would have built up a reputable network.

You may be currently at Partner level or even at Senior Associate level wanting that step up within the next 6-12 months as perhaps due to various issues where you currently are, there is no scope for this within the near future.

Salary is in the region of £100,000 - £115,000 along with additional benefits that can include hybrid working and flexible hours if the latter is needed.
