As ER Manager (12-month FTC) you will manage a small but successful team of ER Advisors.

As a team you will manage all day-to-day cases whilst supporting and guiding managers with People related matters - there is a move towards more of a self-service modelso you and your team will coach, guide and support managers towards this.

You will manage the day-to-day union relationship which is already extremely positive.


There's lots of proactive work to lead on too - you will evaluate all of the policies and make them more 'friendly' in their wording, working closely with the ED&I lead to ensure all policies are inline with the organisation' values.


Your role will be hybrid with a minimum of 1 day per week spent at the offices just outside of Newcastle.
