Prospectus is delighted to be working with Black Equity Organisation (BEO) a new, independent, national Black civil rights organisation created to dismantle systemic racism in Britain.

BEO are now looking to recruit an ambitious Programme Lead to overseetheir flagship 'Future 100 Programme', supporting young black entrepreneurs across the UK to develop, launch and future proof their businesses.

As Programme Lead, you will manage Future 100 throughout its lifecycle, including its ongoing development and refinement, monitoring and evaluation.

You will manage risks in programme delivery, having contingencies in place to mitigate them, ensuring successfuldelivery and maximising the benefit to entrepreneurs.

You will manage and support the programme's community deliver partners' activities, ensuring that the programme is suitably promoted, and that entrepreneurs receive the support they need, following an agreedplan of engagement and business development support.

You will report to BEO's corporate partner at regular intervals on programme progress, including achievement of agreed KPIs and any variances on agreed budgets.

You will also work collaboratively with BEO'scommunications team in order to plan media campaigns for the programme in order to promote its progress and success, and promote the programme for future cohorts of young Black entrepreneurs.
