- Taking the lead role in data integrity and becoming a subject matter expert in our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data management.
- Collaborating with the People team to develop best-in-class solutions and services that support our organization's bold goals.
- Providing low-level HR advisory support, with a strong understanding of employee relations (ER) and HR legislations.
- Serving as the go-to person for HR system inquiries and providing support and guidance to the team as needed.
- Leading and coordinating administrative functions with the support of HR/L&D Administrator who will directly report into you.
- Previous experience in HR administration or advisory roles, with a minimum of a couple of years in HR Admin/HR Advisor positions.
- CIPD qualification
- Demonstrated understanding of employee relations (ER) and HR legislations.
- Confidence in handling HR systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and support team members as needed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
