    Tottenham Football Stadium seeks a dependable and diligent Cellar/Logistics Operative to join our esteemed Constellation team at our iconic venue, the renowned Tottenham Stadium.

    We are in search of enthusiastic individuals with a proactive attitude who can commit to working for the remainder of the 23/24 season, including upcoming events and the next season. This position primarily involves collaborating with the Beverage team within the F&B department on event days.

    Working Hours

    Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.

    Main Responsibilities

    Assisting with the setup and preparation of beverage areas, including stocking bars, refrigerators, and storage areas with necessary supplies.

    Transport kegs, cases, and other beverage containers to designated areas within the stadium.

    Ensuring efficient and safe storage of goods and equipment.

    Completing stock rotations in line with company procedures.

    Being flexible and proactive when dealing with requests from the bar staff and managers.

    Assisting in monthly stock take.

    Supporting with event day set up and close down.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a large venue or event setting.

    Good knowledge of health and safety and hygiene standards.

    Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.

    Good communication and teamwork skills.

    Availability to work on event days, which may include weekends and evenings.

    Be of reasonable physical fitness. The role will include lifting, stacking, and storing a large amount of drinks stock and moving including beer kegs and beer tanks.

    Have good communication skills. Teamwork is extremely important to us to help in fulfilling our role for the event.
