We're looking for a creative graphic designer who can engage stakeholders with compelling visuals that tell the evolving Bellrock story.

This role is critical in helping us to develop, define and execute our brand strategy and visual identity.


The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the ideation, creation and execution of engaging and compelling designs that communicate Bellrock Group's brand message to its target audiences - from customers in multiple market sectors, to employees, potential talent, and the broader market.

This role will collaborate with marketing, sales and creative agencies to develop brand concepts, produce high-quality design, and ensure consistency across all visual elements to contribute to Bellrock Group sales and marketing objectives.

And as a Senior Graphic Designer with Bellrock, you'll do it by

  • Develop visually compelling design concepts, graphics, and layouts across Bellrock owned, earned and paid digital, print and face to face channels (internal and external).
  • Ownership, development and creation of Bellrock Group brand assets and guidelines to meet evolving needs of the business. Assets may include brochures, flyers, social media posts, websites, digital platforms, banners, advertisements, infographics, videos, bids and other sales and marketing material,
  • Consultative guidance to Bellrock group colleagues, partners and creative agencies on brand and visual identity, ensuring compliance to guidelines.
  • Translate creative briefs into visually appealing, effective high[1]quality designs that align with the Bellrock Group brand's identity and objectives.
  • Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual assets using industrystandard design software.
  • Support performance monitoring across all external channels, ensuring content is continually optimised. Graphic Designer | Leicester/Hybrid
  • Conduct research and stay uptodate with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.
  • Champion bestpractice and knowledge sharing with marketing colleague across the Bellrock Group.
  • Communicate and present design concepts and ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, printers, and other suppliers to ensure accurate production and delivery of printed materials.
  • Maintain a wellorganised design file system anddhere to best practices for version control and asset management.
  • Keep a record/timesheet of time spent on different projects for resource/ forward planning.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duty as requested by the COO, Managing Director Workplace Services, Sales Director, Head of Marketing and Communications and Head of Digital Marketing

What does it take?
If you're ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
  • 68+ years experience in professional graphic design in a creative agency or as part of a creative/ marketing team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and branding development.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Experience with web design/ designing visuals for web, UX/UI design, and motion graphics.
  • Basic photography and video skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is desirable.
  • Experience of B2B environments is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team and present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
