This is an excellent new night-time Accounts Assistant position based within a family run meat market in the City of London.

The hours for this role are 2am-10am.

My client is a family run meat market based within the City of London who are looking for a night-time Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team.

The team are looking for someone who is looking to kick start their career and take the next step in development.


Description

The key responsibilities for the night-time Accounts Assistant are:

  • Preparing and processing sales invoices
  • Attending to staff and suppliers' queries in a timely manner
  • Managing inbox
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks

Profile

  • Able to work well in a team
  • Ability to use Excel
  • Hardworking attitude
  • High level of accuracy
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work Monday-Friday within the hours 2am10am
