Helping with day-to-day system generated checks, indicating possible risk or fraud.Helping Retail and Admin teams with purchase documentation, compliance process queries & resolve payments on hold
Investigating post-auction grievance claims for potential civil claims
Work hours are typically between 8 and 5, the team needs at least one member of staff working until 1800 each weekday (1700 weekends) which is rotated between the team.
This role would suit a school leaver with good A levels or recent graduate, excellent attention to detail and good at communicating with other teams in person, by phone and email.
