• Developing on-site plans and procedures for field operations
• Coordinating and monitoring the activities of sub-trades, supplies and labour materials
• Creating and updating progress schedules
• Preparing regular job reports for job meetings
• Making sure the job is completed on time and under budget
• Communicating with all stakeholders involved

• 5-10+ years progressive construction experience
• Post-secondary diploma in a construction related discipline
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines
• Experience with projects in the $2million-10million range.
• Knowledge of relevant construction law and building code
• Low rise residential subdivision experience, specifically with finishing.
