Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied properties
All aspects of plumbing
Such as fixing leaks, bathroom fits etc
Other trade knowledge is ideal
You will be required to assist with a back log of work Must have:

Must have social housing/council experience
Must have a full UK driving license
