Our client, are a large tier one main contractor across the Social Housing Property Maintenance sector. With housing providers and landlords, they take care of people's homes through repairs, maintenance & refurbishment.

Area's of expertise:

Repairs & Maintenance
Painting & Decorating
Planned Refurbishment
On this occasion, they're seeking Resident Liaison Officer for their framework with Housing Association, Notting Hill Genesis.

The works are externals refurbs & consists of the following:

Decoration
Replacing doors and windows
Replacing roofs

Day to day:

Managing sub-contractors
Ensuring the site is running efficiently and on programme
Health & safety
Site check-ins
Responsible for ordering materials.

Must be:

Punctual
Organised
Have a good work ethic
A good leader
Willing to learn
Work is located in Hammersmith.

This role offers up to £32 plus the package seen below:

Annual Leave: 25 days
