This is a 12 month temporary opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant for one of the world's leading tech companies


Executive Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Providing highlevel administrative support to multiple directors, managing their calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
  • Scheduling, preparing for, and coordinating various meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and material preparation
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
  • Assisting in coordinating and tracking projects, initiatives, and deadlines, ensuring key milestones are met and progress is communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, fostering strong professional relationships
  • Overseeing administrative tasks such as office supply management, vendor coordination, and general office organization to ensure a productive and wellfunctioning work environment

Executive Assistant Essentials:


  • Minimum of 4 years of Corporate Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting on projects and managing small events
  • G-Suite product experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident and clear communicator
