    As a Regional Automation Engineer, you will provide expert advice, guidance and technical support, at multiple Global Supply Chain (GSC) sites and functions, for advanced automation and control systems to ensure timely resolution of technical support requests.

    You will develop and maintain standards and services for deployment.
    Deliver rapid and effective Incident/Problem/Event Management for Automation systems at site, taking full accountability for resolution, no matter which resolving agency is finally responsible for the solution

    Deliver full Lifecycle management for the site Automation environments, including OT infrastructure, flagging and enabling refresh of all components within the environment.

    Maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring improvements identified in the GSC network are, where possible fed into the product lifecycle.

    To train, mentor and coach Automation engineers and technicians, in ways which support sharing and embedding of their knowledge.

    Provide technical expertise to the GSC site on novel and advanced automated manufacturing/packaging processes.
    Degree in a Science or Technology related discipline (Controls, Operational Technology (OT) or Engineering.)
    Detailed experience supporting OT technology within the Pharmaceutical industry.
    Experience working directly in a manufacturing environment.
    Must include experience gained from hands-on programming and troubleshooting for Automation or MES systems.
