    Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics (LNA)

    Salary:
    Up to £42,000 per annum


    An exciting opportunity awaits a highly skilled and motivated Theatre Practitioner specializing in Anaesthetics to join a prestigious private hospital in Great Missenden.

    As a pivotal member of the surgical team, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the hospital's high service standards.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provides expert support and assistance during the anaesthetic phase of surgical procedures.
    Collaborates closely with the surgical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the theatre.
    Monitors patients' vital signs and responds promptly to any changes during the anaesthetic phase.
    Prepares and maintains the anaesthetic equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
    Upholds the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Holds a valid NMC or HCPC registration as a Theatre Practitioner with a specialization in Anaesthetics (LNA).
    Demonstrates proven experience working in anaesthetics within a theatre setting.
    Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Exhibits the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
    Shows commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
