Requirements:

No prior experience in recruitment is required, but a strong interest in the field and a willingness to learn is essential.

For Experienced Consultants looking for Senior or Principal level roles:
Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within Professional services and able to demonstrate high quality processes for permanent recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
