My client is one of the most prestigious organisations in the banking sector. They lead the industry on the key issues of the day.

This role is paternity cover for an expert working on mortgage topics ranging from Land Registry to High Speed II (Rail) possession orders, and Mortgage Fraud to running the RICS Surveyor committee.


You will work alongside some of the mortgage industries most respected experts, developing policy in some of the most important areas of the banking sector.

The work is varied and interesting. This is potentially a role for a seasoned lawyer /solicitor who specialises in the mortgage/conveyancing market. This role could also be suitable for other mortgage market SME's.


Essential:

  • Expertise in mortgages (ideally consumer)
  • An interest in policy development
  • Strong communication skills

Beneficial:

  • Qualified lawyer
  • Experience in policy development
  • Seasoned mortgage advisor (8 years+)
