    Description
    Agile Home working or office based across NYP & NYFRS estates. There is a requirement to attend Head Office in Northallerton, North Yorkshire as and when required.

    Hours:
    Part-time 15 hours per week across two days(Monday and Tuesday)08:30-17:00.

    Contract:
    Temporary for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

    Do you have excellent customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills? We are looking for a Client Support Officer to join our Estates and Sustainability Team where you will be responsible for ensuring that our support and services are timely, fit for purpose and measurable, and retain a focus on positive outcomes for our clients in delivering services to the public.

    The Estates and Sustainability Team supports North Yorkshire Police and North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service by providing and maintaining the buildings we operate from.

    The team offers expert advice, technical support, and administration services on the full range of estates management matters whilst ensuring regulatory and legal compliance for the delivery of our services.

    Supporting the Estates and Sustainability Team by providing a first point of contact from internal and external clients.

    Handling customer and colleague enquiries ensuring that the service is delivered in line with specific targeted customer service levels, and health and safety standards and legislation.

    Ensuring that quality and value for money are considered in supporting the management of the estate.
    Investigating, collating, presenting, reporting on, and maintaining service desk information.
    Using and developing administrative and financial processes and procedures.

    Be confident and talented in using various IT systems including Microsoft Office.
    Have fantastic customer service skills.
    Be able to multi-task and deliver an exceptional administrative service.
    Enjoy working within a team and in providing the very best service to clients.
