    Description
    Our client provides real estate services to one of the largest, global alternative investment managers and its portfolio clients.

    We are now carrying out a search to find a mid-senior level Company Secretary (Co Sec) to join their headquarters in London.

    This is a broad and unique role that involves taking the lead on governance matters, whilst also being a Director on the board of some of the property companies, allowing involvement in key decision-making.

    There will be occasional monthly travel, most commonly to Jersey and Luxembourg.
    Assuming a directorship role and overseeing co sec matters for a range of UK resident real estate companies;
    Overseeing governance matters for UK property companies including Register of Overseas Entities and other statutory requirements;
    Overseeing the day-to-day administration of companies, as well as supporting the co sec aspects of corporate reorganisations/events/transactions;
    Incorporating new companies relating to real estate and M&A projects as well as integration of acquired companies.

    We are open as to which sector you come from, not just real estate, and we do not require any listed/plc experience.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with Senior Management, to be able to engage confidently with boards and appropriately challenge where required;
