    Description

    Are you dedicated to effecting a positive change in the lives of children? We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Manager for a 2-bed children's home.

    Situated in Merseyside, the home is in the early stages of development with a promising opportunity for expansion.

    Consequently, there exists a wealth of opportunities for the future, particularly for an accomplished Senior seeking advancement into a managerial position.


    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 1 year of demonstrable Senior experience in a similar setting, inclusive of familiarity with OFSTED and Reg44 visits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the children's home.
    • Provision of leadership, guidance, and support to staff members.
    • Assurance of the well-being and safety of the children under our care.
    • Development and implementation of policies and procedures in strict adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Establishment and nurturing of positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

    Experience:

    • 1 year as a Senior in a children's home (required)

    Licence/Certification:

    • Driving Licence
    • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (preferred)
