Become our Human Resources Administrator and be part of something special

We are recruiting for an administrator to join our small and friendly HR team.

This role helps to facilitate an environment where our team can perform at their best, supports the business with it's growth and with the achievement of our targets.

It is a wide ranging, varied and rewarding role which has a genuine impact on how we grow our people across 8 holiday parks and our central functions.


Pay:
£26-27,000 (FTE) per annum + bonus


Contract:
Permanent


Hours:
Part time (22.5 hours per week). Day are negotiable, however, must include Tuesday


Location:
Hemel Hempstead office with the option of some days remote working


What will you do?

  • Take the lead with onboarding new starters, including preemployment checks and offboarding leavers creating a great welcome to the team
  • Support the HR Manager with recruitment activities
  • Support in the design and deliver HR based training
  • Create, develop and update HR policies and standard operating procedures
  • Provide support with employee relations across the business
  • Take the lead on absence management

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience in an administrative role within Human Resources
  • A desire to fully support our parks and central functions by providing the best HR service
  • An understanding of Human Resources best practice
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues within the office and with park operators
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Full driver's licence and willingness to travel to our locations would be advantageous
