    Planet Pharma are partnered with one of our leading clients who are seeking a Fleet Administrator on a 12 month contract basis.

    Administrative support with 'day to day' international fleet operational activity
    Monitor fleet operations e-mailbox
    Produce and manage distribution of all governance meeting documentation – tracking completion of actions identified
    Facilitate raising of supplier work orders & purchase orders in line with contract requirements
    Support with invoice reconciliation
    Point of contact for members Company Car Scheme with focus on customer service excellence

    Previous experience working in a corporate environment where the car fleets are employees' company cars, i.e. the customers are internal employees.
