    Head of Sales – Established Beer Brand – London – Up to £70k + Commission

    My client is one of the most up and coming BEER brands based in London. I am pleased to be working exclusively with the brand to expand their sales team and grow the business. This company has a fantastic sustainable message and a very unique selling point surrounding the product

    This client has a strong emphasis on cohesion and collaborative work with a fantastic culture to match. They are on the search for an energic and lively individual who will rise within this business.

    As the Head of Sales for a leading Beer Brand, your role would be to oversee and manage the sales operations of the company across various regions. You would be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets.

    The ideal Head of Sales will have a strong grasp of both On and Off trade and be up to date with the current beer trends across the United Kingdom. You will not be disappointed to hear the name of this brand

    The Head of Sales responsibilities:

    • Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with company goals and growth.
    • Build and nurture connections across both the On and Off trade, including TOP 4 Grocers.
    • Manage and lead a sales team; implementation of training; achieving budgeted targets
    • Identify marketing opportunities, establish competitor analysis and implement sales campaigns
    • Seeking and securing new business, maintaining current relationships and managing P&L in a commodity driven environment.
    • Collaborate with other departments and establish a networking with the Brewery industry.

    The ideal Head of Sales Candidate:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Senior Sales role within the drink industry.
    • Previous experience managing relationships across the On and Off trade, along with the TOP 4 Grocers.
    • Proven track record in Sales, team management and results.
    • Passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trends
    • Ambitious and driven on all areas of sales and client development
    • Strong communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.
