    MAINTENANCE PROJECTS ENGINEER DERRY/ LONDONDERRY
    FULL TIME, PERMANENT
    £Our client plays a significant role in the success of the commercial sector here in the North West region of NI. With Engineering and Distribution amongst a wide variety of services on offer, this organisation is a key stakeholder in the local economy. Due to continued growth, a vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic Maintenance and Projects Engineer to join their team.

    As a Maintenance and Projects Engineer, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities and leading engineering projects to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the facilities and equipment.

    The successful candidate will be involved in a combination of hands-on maintenance work, project planning, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

    You will play a critical role in optimising maintenance processes, implementing improvement projects, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

    BEng (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
    # IT literate including proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and other IT systems such as Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and online training platforms.
    # Experience of successfully leading projects.
    # Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport to enable the post holder to meet the requirements of the post in full.
    # Project management qualification, such as Prince 2.
    # Membership or professional accreditation in engineering or relevant discipline.


    COMPENSATION PACKAGE
    Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on your level of experience.
